hi guys..
as you all know..
we will join Gombak CSC's dragon boat team..
so training waill start this sunday, 01 june 2008..
ok guys..
for this week, training will commence at 1pm..
but for the following weeks, its starts at 2pm..
just be there on time..
maybe we can go for a short run..
and do a bit of statics.. - jumping jacks, other cardio exercises..
oh yah..
another thing..
for those who hav not got hold on to a paddle..
and would like to order..
pls let me know..
it will be 75 bucks now..
because there wont be any black paddle sponsored anymore..
but anyway, it doesnt matter..
black or wooden..
as long as we stil row together!
competition will be on the 28th and 29th of june..
Gombak CSC will be sending our names..
so everyone..
train hard..
race is getting nearer..
but of course..
work and studies come first..
